Last week I made my most favorite meal in the whole-wide-world-- Spaghetti with meat sauce, toasted bread, side salad, and a big ol' glass of milk (I absolutely CANNOT eat spaghetti without milk--weird, I know). It just so happens to be something that Josiah enjoys, too...and since we are so hit or miss these days about what he'll eat, it was the perfect meal (and it made for great leftovers).
Laney also enjoyed it...it was her first experience with noodles. And the second day when I just gave her meat from the sauce (the noodles were just SUPER messy), she got mad because everyone else was eating noodles.

Very cute, Laney! I used to get my big kids completely undressed down to their diaper so I could take them straight to the bath after eating spaghetti. We haven't tried it with A yet. You're right-super messy, and I'm the one who has to clean it up!
What I loved most was how the girls' skin stayed orange-y looking for the next day or so and the white plastic high chair table stayed stained for weeks afterwards!
I love spaghetti for leftovers... probably more than the first night. I have to say, I've never had it with milk. :)
That is so adorable! Every child has to have the "covered in spaghetti sauce" photos!
Give that girl some noodles!!!
haha.
My hubby always has milk with pizza.
i love the "cobetti" song! that's what my son calls it, it's actually turned into a bedtime song.
