Friday Favorite Five

Today's Friday Favorite Five question posed by Meredith at Stretching a Buck is:

What are your five favorite things that you do to de-stress and quiet your mind?

1. Take a nap (I love naps)
2. Manicure/pedicure
3. Break out a book (my most current read is "Back on Blossom Street" by Debbie Macomber)
4. Head to Target or Walmart and just walk around....slowly (and by myself)
5. Go for a run (although I haven't been able to do this since October)
