I know, I know, it's been forever since my last MPM post. Rest assured, though, I have still coordinated/stuck to a plan even though I never got around to posting it. This time of year is so hard for me to stay focused, all I want to do is party, shop, and enjoy time with my friends....leaving the cleaning and, most definitely, the cooking behind. But I have forced myself back to a semi-routine, and that means trying new recipes again (using old, tried and true recipes is just waaaay easier). Everything planned for this week is NEW. I'm excited to see if they become repeat customers.

Looks yummy, as usual.
How do you make your lemon chicken? I don't use a recipe, but lemon chicken is one of our favorites. Everyone loves it, and you know how rare that is!
