Well, this month we've tried a week of beans & rice, chicken, and ground turkey. So this week, I thought I would drag out the crockpot.
Monday--frozen pizza (I can't remember the last time I prepared a packaged meal--it was a nice break)
Tuesday--Crockpot Turkey Cabbage Rolls
Wednesday--Crockpot Cranberry Chicken
Thursday--leftovers
Friday--Crockpot French onion/cream of mushroom soup Chicken with Jasmine rice (E, this is your recipe)
Saturday--leftovers
Sunday--leftovers
I actually struggled to find a couple of good crockpot recipes since I don't cook with the crockpot as much as maybe I should. Anyone have any tried and true favorites?

You know I'm all about the crock pot. Mine and I are good friends! I think you'll notice that your clean-up time is much quicker in the evening. At least mine always is, since most of the work is in the morning.
Your menu looks yummy, esp. the very exotic-sounding French Onion Chicken with Jasmine Rice. I call mine "crock pot chicken." Ha! We all know you're the one who loves to cook!
wow you really are crockpotting this week lol
I recently tried this recipe and it is SO good

I used beef broth instead of the water and bullion though ;)
I don't use my crock pot nearly enough either. Mostly just to heat soup or leftovers on Sunday morning while we're at church. (my oven lacks the "time bake" feature ~ a gross oversight on my part at the time of purchase!!)
